Ironically I wrote this while eating a peach which is how I came up with the idea.
‘’What a weird topic’’ you may say. My answer to that is ‘’if you like weird and funny then you have come to the right post’’.
It is an early European belief that peaches were native to Persia (that’s Iran to people who don’t look at a map regally) and were once known as Persian Apples, but many people would know that’s not true because they originated in China. (USELESS INFOMATION) And the name peach originated from the phrase ‘’you’re a real peach’’ from the tradition of giving a peach to the friend you liked.
The World’s Largest Peach is located in Gaffney, South Carolina, and weighs over 10,000 pounds. The city of Gaffney, near Greenville, built this water tower in the shape of a peach back in 1981 which to be honest looks like a weird deformed orange buttock.
Many stories have been written about Peaches including James and the Giant Peach, which was eventually made into a movie of the same name, and Momotaro, the Peach Boy; a Japanese Fairy Tale, which is quite surprising since if you type Japanese into Google you get pictures of brothels in Japan, hmmm I don’t think Japan makes many fairy tales because most of them end with tentacles.
Anyway moving swiftly on.
Peaches do not gain flavour with cooking surprisingly.
Comedy James
